Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Leetstreak application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Leetstreak. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Leetstreak is an iOS application for daily LeetCode-style algorithm practice. It provides streak tracking, adaptive problem recommendations, interview simulation mode, and a social feed where users can share their progress. The App requires an active internet connection and iOS 17 or later.

Leetstreak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LeetCode LLC. LeetCode® is a registered trademark of LeetCode LLC.

Leetstreak offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock full access to all features:

• Weekly: $3.99 per week
• Monthly: $9.99 per month (includes a 1-week free trial for new subscribers)

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period if not cancelled beforehand

Cancellation

To cancel, go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Leetstreak → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Support page for step-by-step instructions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. We are unable to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.

Leetstreak allows you to post problem attempts, notes, comments, and other activity that may be visible to other users (“Content”).

• Ownership: You retain ownership of Content you create.
• License: By posting Content, you grant Leetstreak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that Content within the App and service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Content you post. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
• Moderation: We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, remove, or restrict access to any Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
• Visibility: Content visibility is controlled by your in-app privacy settings (public, followers-only, or private).

You agree not to use Leetstreak to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive
• Impersonate other users or Leetstreak staff
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Spam other users or distribute malware or phishing content
• Circumvent subscription paywalls or tamper with in-app purchase verification
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from within the App. See the Support page for instructions. Deletion is irreversible and does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

All app content, branding, design, and code that is not user-generated Content is owned by or licensed to Leetstreak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular practice regimen will result in success in technical interviews or job placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leetstreak and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
